Lonneke is an expert in the administrative field. For years she advised executives from listed companies, partners of consultancy companies and law firms. Since 2019, she has focused on complex governance issues within both commercial and (semi) public organizations.
Her strength lies in translating vision into concrete action. She effortlessly maneuvers between opposing interests and gets energy from the dynamics that are released. The psychology of organizational change is its foundation: without genuine attention to the ‘soft side’, the ‘hard side’ gets stuck irrevocably.

Niek van Rooijen
Strategy & High Performance
Niek is a Burgundian with a Marine mentality. He started his career with the Marine Corps, where he learned how essential it is to make each other powerful for collective top performances. This focus on strong teams is the common thread in his career as a manager, consultant and consultant.
His experience is broad: from the commercial world of an investment bank to running a surf school on Bonaire. Whether he supervises a law firm or a software developer; As long as he can work with people, he is in his element.
